• More than 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance, where he worked in several large financial institutions that has a good reputation in the State of Kuwait.
• Extensive experience in commercial matters, where he held the position of CEO of Nafaes International Group Company for five years.
• Holds a license No (290 – A) to practice the audit.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major, Kuwait University - (State of Kuwait).
• Certified Islamic Public Accountant (CIPA), Accounting & Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) – (Bahrain Kingdom).
• Member of the Kuwaiti Association of Accountants and Auditors.

• Extensive work experience in the areas of accounting and finance through his work as an accountant starting in 1997 then graduated to be the head of operations in an investment company in 2004.
• Expert in Sharia-compliant financial operations where he worked on structuring various Islamic finance and funds operations.

• ⁠Business Management: Broad experience in the fields of business administration, where he held the position of CEO of Nafaes International Group Company for a period of five years, which works in the field of trade in goods and services and provides services to Kuwaiti banks that operate in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
